    Italian by heritage, British by birth, educated in the UK and the US, and now based in Chicago.


    More than anything, though, I'm a creative and a storyteller.


    I fell in love with design early on. I spent hours beautifying my bedroom, sketching fashion collections, drawing elaborate worlds (more often than not featuring rabbits) and writing short stories (almost always a mystery).


    Storytelling has always been central to my world. I’m not a “content person” in the narrow sense, but rather an "experience architect," leveraging word + image, research + systems, to push the boundaries of creative vision.

Ultimately redefined how bundled value is communicated across Expedia Group platforms and achieved improved discoverability and engagement across shopping journeys.
    • Low-effort personalization insights — enhancing relevance, trust, and engagement
      Identified overlooked research study signals that revealed the power of lightweight personalization cues and expectation-setting in improving engagement and conversion. Developed integrated messaging frameworks and experimentation plans that translated these insights into measurable experience improvements across travel categories through targeted content testing.

      Repositioned cross-sell strategy from transactional urgency to assistive trip planning — helping users better understand options and make confident decisions, while increasing net orders per visitor by 48%.

      Introduced scalable messaging frameworks that reduced decision friction and improved funnel progression by 8%, enabling teams to iterate rapidly while maintaining brand consistency and supporting experimentation across platforms.
    • Immersive travel product concept creation and prototyping
      Assembled a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, product managers, researchers, and analysts to rapidly prototype an app-first, AI-integrated discovery and itinerary-building experience for multi-city travel. Assessed market opportunity, product differentiation, interaction patterns, and visual identity, while developing scalable content systems and clear product messaging. Final concept balances content-rich inspiration with user-centered UI to reduce cognitive load and help travelers easily discover and shop trip ideas in one convenient place. This prototype formed the basis of crawl-walk-run iterations for testing and MVP launch.

      Recognized regulatory friction impacting traveler-first, human-centered content and UI design and partnered with international Legal teams to align PoSa requirements with XD strategy.
